Well, I did it. Today I quit my shitty gas station job after being yelled at for being in the hospital for mastoiditis and a double ear infection (I have chronic ear issues and am scheduled to have a minor surgery to get tubes placed into my ears). Today, in spite of running a fever, not being able to hear out of my left ear, and being in a good amount of pain, I still opted to come into work. And got treated like shit for it. Told I was "faking sick" after I've not missed a single day; after going above and beyond my duties as a shitty gas station clerk. So I said screw it and left the place without looking back. I'm tired of feeling like trash, getting treated like trash by customers, tired of taking out the trash! I'm 25 years old. What do I do Now? I don't want to work in another customer service business as long as I shall live. Are there any trades out there that are good to get started in? I feel like such a loser right now. I feel pretty lost....
