I see this all the time. There's a yellow sticker with like
4/$5.00
Then it much small writing underneath
$1.25 ea
But then if you buy just two, it always comes to $2.50. So really it's just $1.25 each and the idea that if you buy 4 you are getting some kind of deal is silly.
Is it just some trick on their part to suggest to you that you should buy more than you need?
