I need to move to another apartment. I currenly live in a 40 square meters (430.5 ft2) apt, that is divided into two rooms. I mostly use my bedroom, which is huge, and around 20 square meters or so. But it's pricey. So, I've been looking. Cheapest places are around 20 m2 (215 ft2). I'm afraid it will be too small... I'm mostly indoors, due to PTSD. I might find a place that's 25 m2 (260 ft2) and maybe use a room divider. I'm sure that 40 m2 is way too much for me, but I can't rule about the other way around. This living situation is causing me stress and making me sick. Just the mere thought of looking at a place makes me severely anxious. Do you have any advice?
