I currently work in SF as a fully licensed MLO, (youngest in the US) and have been at the company I am at since the end of last year, but have recently discovered that, the potential for growth that I was looking for, is not there. I've been studying securitisation in depth since the start of 2017, and am fascinated by every bit of it. Its history, data point analytics, laws, SPV's, its mind numbing complexity, the whole lot. But, being that I don't have a degree, makes it ever so difficult to find where to even send out a resume, since most sponsors, originators, funds, etc. want someone with a masters and a few years of securitisation experience. I know there IS such a thing as a entry level position in securitisation, but have no clue where to find it.... Where should I start?
