
Hey everyone,I have a very tight Levator Scapulae and upper Trapezius muscle, that is causing a lot of pain and poor sleep.I've been getting physio, but can't afford it anymore. The way the physio would come at the muscle is from the top, rather than the back. I can't tennis ball it, because I can't get the ball in the right position and be able to put weight into it (even lying on the floor).So I'm thinking I need to build something like a small ball on the end of a stick that I can screw into the wall slightly lower than my shoulder, so I can come up into it and release those muscles.I was wondering if any of you guys might know how best to do it? I've got to put quite a bit of force into it, I can screw it into a wall or a wooden post. Any help at this point would be well appreciated. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2u9ovhu
