Hello everyone. Me and my wife have about 40k saved, and I've been thinking a lot about using some of that money to invest in something, but I'm to afraid to lose it. Not sure if stock market, real estate, etc. I'm sure this question is asked a lot here and I'm sorry to be another one asking it, but if someone can give me some hints I would really appreciate it. I should mention that we live in NYC, rent an apartment, and both of us have good credit and zero debt. Thanks!
