Hello! We're replacing the fixtures in our guest bathroom and ran into a small snag with the vanity installation. The wall has baseboard, which causes the vanity to sit out too far from the wall for the backsplash to cover the gap, and the plumbing is blocked by drawers. Looking for opinions on remedying this situation.Vanity vs Wall: Mind the gap! For the cabinet installation, currently considering two options:Cut the baseboard so that the vanity is closer to the wall.Install a board to act as a shim to make up the difference.Plumbing vs Drawers For the plumbing, options are:Call a plumber and move the supply linesCut the drawers, such that the depths do not conflict.I'd be grateful for input on both problems before we commit much further. Thanks! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2vxFsDU
