Hello, so I unknowingly fell for one of those job scams. There was an older thread that had a similar status posted on here. It was in concern of a check received from a job they just got. I got a "job" and they essentially told me to deposit the check. They then told me to buy supplies with the check the next day, when it will possibly clear. That day is today. I, however, contacted my bank saying I deposited what I believed to be a case of fraudulent check and they've put my account on hold. I've also contacted the company I believe that they are pretending to be.
Is there anything else I can do?
