Hi all, I have a leak on my roof (I am assuming it's by a roof vent...)It seems to only leak when we have heavy, heavy downpours (like over 1" an hour rain...). We are thinking of getting something to prevent it...I'm curious if Flex TAPE or even Seal works. I heard the flex seal does the job, especially on flat surfaces (which we do not have, however our roof pitch is not large.).But i think flex TAPE might be better job, since it IS on an angle.The leak is occuring literally lined up with a roof joist, leaking at the edge of our room. in one spot.Again, Just curious if flex tape and or seal will work.
