Currently, except for my 401k (which is Vanguard's Target Retirement 2060 Trust Plus; 90% stocks, 10% bonds; with a 60-40 split of domestic vs international stocks), all of my other assets are in VTSAX.

I'm considering to move a portion of my overseas savings and invest, but I'd like to diversify the investments, especially so that I reduce exposure to US stocks. I'd also consider to make my non-retirement portfolio at least 5% bonds.

Which Vanguard funds would you recommend? I'd prefer Admiral funds, if possible, due to the lower expense rate. Would it make sense to use another broker (Fidelity, Betterment) in addition to Vanguard? I mostly picked Vanguard because my 401k was there and I've seen the good performance of VTSAX.
