I've been saving for a while for my first home and feel like on here everyone blasts you as the devil if you don't put at least 20% down.
Now obviously it makes sense to put more down for a variety of reasons (PMI one of them), but I feel like everyone's situation is different, even though I feel like everyone scares you away from putting less down if the situation makes sense.
So I'm curious, are there any success stories with low to non down payment options?
