We're talking about GFN here. What I also don't understand is they've been losing a bit of money recently and yet recently declared a dividend on those "Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock" I have no idea what those are... same for the senior notes.
AKA Can I do something like count those 400k shares and 77M notes as "extra market cap"? (so 400,000*$4,55 a share + $77M senior notes = about $79M "extra market cap")
