I'm doing concrete countertops for the first time ever. I've got the mild built. My problem is the sink mold. I'm making the sides out of melamine. I'm just not sure of the easiest method of making the bottom of the sink with the slope to the drain. I was going to make it out of melamine as well but it would take me forever to figure out the angles. Is it possible to shape it with polystyrene and then coat it with something like Flex Seal or PlastiDip? I also thought about using this to coat any raw corners of the melamine.
