I'm a 20-something that doesn't have a lot of experience managing my own household. I'm moving to my own place in NJ with housemates in August and really want to figure out where the cheapest place is to buy stuff like toilet paper, dish soap, etc.

My friend just told me about this website called brandless.com where everything is $3 (household items, beauty products, etc.). No I'm not promoting it; I'm genuinely curious if it will actually save me money in the long term because I need to cut as many costs as I can right now. I'm guessing there are certain things on the site that will be cheaper than Aldi or other alternatives and some that will be more expensive. Has anyone heard of it or used it?

Also Aldi has been a life-saver for cheap food but are it's prices generally cheaper than bulk buying at Costco or buying from stores like Shoprite? I'm feeling overwhelmed right now with the move and how much everything is going to cost.
