My friend and I are planning a trip this fall and would like to rent a car. I am 25 and she is 24. I understand that there are discounts for those who are 25+. Since it's a foreign place, I would feel more comfortable if my friend was the primary driver. Are we still eligible for the discount if I pay for the rental but she acts as the primary driver?
