At the beginning of the month, I paid $100 (through a CC) for a new keyfob. I went in ~2 weeks ago to have my car programmed to it and they told me that there was a mistake and my car isn't eligible for a keyfob.
They told me it will take several weeks to get my refund to me. I don't feel like having to keep track of whether they pay me back or not, but if it's normal for CC refunds to take weeks then I'd understand. Are they being reasonable here?
