I think most people are very aware of Buffett's plan to donate his BRK.A shares to charity down the road, I'm just curious if anyone has come across details regarding how this would be executed? Considering there is no dividend paid at this time that could be used to fund charitable operations, would it be fair to expect a large selloff for charities to access the cash value of the shares? Or is the plan to just 100% transfer to the Gates Foundation, letting them handle how to cash it out?
