I have somehow managed to accumulate about $2000 in credit card debt (spread throughout the use of four cards) within the past couple of years. Two are credit cards issued by my bank (finance charges are very, very low), one is a store charge card, and one is a MasterCard affiliated with a retail store. The MasterCard has the greatest remaining balance, nearly half of my total card debt, and the finance charges are killing me. I have been making minimum payments on all cards for a long time and have recently quit using them in order to finally pay them off.

Question number one: have I killed my credit score by doing this? Question number two: what is the best way to go about paying these four cards off as efficiently and painlessly as possible?

TIA.
