It's a $1.00 fee to a credit card to prove your identity but you'll get your choice of a bunch of coupons including a 10% credit for Amazon Move, Lowe's coupons, and a few bundle offers for your new house's internet/cable providers (It'll usually be something a little excessive/that you don't really need, but it's great to have the option for the price. Mine was a Cox cable bundle that was usually $99/month for $65/month).
