Nearly paid 90 dollars for an online language learning course, until it hit me i should try the frugal route first, which is the local library for some books and accompanying CDs.
I just wondering how much mileage i can get out of this. Any frugal folks managed to become proficient in a foreign language without spending any or much $$ on lessons? Are these online learning subscription sites worth the spend?
