So I ordered a $60 pair of shoes and they showed up a month later with about $35 import fees and duties (I'm in Canada). So I told the mailman I won't be paying these fees and asked him to send the parcel back. Now, a month after that, Asos is not even responding anymore to my inquiries about receiving the parcel. They first asked for a tracking number which I don't have as they sent the parcel with no tracking. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
