I went to a Japanese chain grocer called Mitsuwa last night near closing and to my surprise all of their fish, even higher end cuts were at a massive discount. I ended up getting about 80 USD worth of salmon for around 18. A lot of grocery stores don't advertise when they have to replace their old stock because it's not a regulated schedule.
