Hey so I just have a few quick questions about signing on my first apartment. So this place me and my girlfriend are looking at require us to make 3x the annual rent cost. When combined we do indeed make it, but now the tricky part is I need to show proof of income. My last 2 paychecks have sucked only around 450 because I'm a car salesman and we are getting paid from the may month and I was gone all mont except the last few days because I'm in the Marines reserve. But even with those paychecks and my gf paychecks we still do make enough. Next part is we've only been at each job for around 4 months, and we also have no previous renting experience to put on the application. Lastly I'll mainly be signing and I have a near 800 credit score, but her score is in the 5s like low 5s I believe. Would that be an issue? Thank you guys
