I just looked out my window to find three men going through people's trash in the alley. They were collecting every piece of mail or document with personal information on it, and writing stuff down. I took a video of their faces, but I don't know if there's anything I can do about it if a crime hasn't yet been commited. I've also heard about Staples being robbed for their "to be shredded" bin, since they don't shred at the end of every day.
Update: HAHAHA just as I hit the post button I heard angry yelling in the alley. It looks like the garbage truck came along and threw out the bucket that they were collecting all the documents in! They're yelling at the garbage men now. I guess some things sort themselves out.
