I am currently employed as a teacher and have a 403b account. I asked my plan administrator about the possibility of taking a 403b loan, but he told me that the school does not allow it unless the vendor I have allows it. I am currently with American Funds (who does not allow loans) but would like to switch to MetLife (who does allow loans). My plan administrator has said he knows nothing about vendor transfers and I don't know how to go about this transfer. Please Help!
