Hey there Reddit,

I'm just going to jump in head first. I get that there's a million articles on how to be fincially stable how to make ___ a year, how to not blast all your money on to food and woman and dates, but I figured I'd expose my self a bit on here and say the least exposing thing a 20 something could. "I'm terrible with money." Yup and oragatauns are orange, good "news" man.

But with that said I do find myself being overly frustrated at the end of a month when bills populate my expenses and lack of excitement is a 24/7 endeavour. I'm 26 and 8/12th years old (lol) .

I make 15/hr working a security job that I've long been playing to take advantage of the low work load, and apply myself to school, but struggle with making steps towards these dreams and ability. 15/hr 550$ after tax per week est. 2200$ per month

Occasional I take advantage of Uber/Lyft now days, I also met a guy starting his own local company's IT business but it's in limbo till I can get the A+ certification.

I spend nearly everything I obtain. If it's from snacksbefore work, monthly payments (Internet,Gym,insurance, car, gas) random impulse deals, Toys/Clothes/Food/Adventures for my 4y/o boy ,heavy desire for delicious foods, movies, (Haven't lately...womp womp) Dates, etc.

I think the question is...How do climb out of being broke, learning how to budget and making a sturdy foundation for me and my son and future Gf/wife/Family? I don't want to be broke any more in life and I understand there is NO magically want that'll make it happen I just want to know where and what muscles I've to excersize to go that route.

THANK YOU for getting this far and reading. I look forward to seeing what you guys n gals think.
