Right now I'm utilizing housing affordability calculators and they're saying I can spend way more money on housing than what seems right. Why is this a thing? I noticed a lot of budgeting or just many things in general go by your Gross Pay. Applying for some sort of aid, Gross Pay. But you generally don't see that money. Am I missing something?
