I'm required to take on a 60 hr internship for university, related to either environmentalism/conservation or agriculture. I'd like to find some less well known organizations that share a philosophy of simple living. An example (can't find the name) is a non-profit that is fighting the use of paper junk mail in America for environmental reasons.
