VOO or QQQ. Which one would you rather hold for long term and why? (if you had to spend all your money into one)

And if you would have both, tell me why? Theyre pretty similiar. Doesn't seem too smart to bet on the same companies twice. I mean you could, or just put the same value youd put into both, into one? Seems cleaner and less work to research and keep up with both funds stocks.
