I'm a computer programming student in Ottawa, Canada and I am trying to put together a good idea of my options for when I graduate COLLEGE (emphasis to note that I will get an advanced diploma which I think is in the neighbourhood of an Associate's Degree - NOT a bachelor's.) in about a year's time. I am a dual citizen (born in the US), so I have many options, but... there's too many options and I'm having trouble deciding.

Ottawa and Montreal both have great CS markets, lower CoL than Toronto/Vancouver, and the benefit of Canadian public healthcare... at he cost of higher taxes and lower incomes than US cities.

I'll always want to work in Chicago, but I think I'm looking at high prices to live there.

I'm also thinking of Boulder, Colorado (whaddup MMM) for low CoL and decent CS scene.

Anywhere I'm not thinking of?
