My post got no responses last time. But I wanted to update as it's great news.
So a few days ago I made a post about looking for a place with an eviction. I checked my credit and my FICO was at 611, and I couldn't find a civil judgement against me on my credit. They never legally came after me for unpaid rent. So we went for it. We applied. We got the condo. Super excited. Things are looking up!
There is hope.
