Ideally, I would like to lower my caffeine dependence, but in the mean time, I'm searching for a frugal alternative. I've seen on r/frugal before that percolator coffee is the most cost effective in terms of mg of caffeine per dollar, but I don't always want coffee. Many mornings, I go for Red Bull because it hits that sweet spot of the things I'm craving: cold, carbonated, caffeine that isn't thick and syrupy like most sodas. The problem is that it's just so expensive! Is there something out there that hits all of those points, but won't break the bank?
