Budget: up to $100. Preferrably cheaper but quiet is the priority.
Quiet: I want it to be as quiet as a quiet computer fan, or the kind of fan when you come home you aren't sure if it is on. I do believe they exist, as computer fans can be very quiet.
If you know it is on, it's not what I'm looking for.
Any fan of any size are appreciated. Quiet is the key. Even air purifiers, but I doubt they are quiet as they have to force air through a filter.
I know ceiling fans are very quiet, but unfortunately I am currently renting and I don't think that's an option. Most box fans are still very audible.
Air noise is fine, just no motor noise.
