Hey all. I am making this short and hopefully simple. I have been struggling with making any savings ever since I started work. I got married and was paying off the resulting debt a year after graduation. So I had no chance of making any money on the side. Annual Salary is 67k CAD. I got a car debt remaining that is around 6k. I do not own a house yet. I live in Ottawa, ONT Canada. I want to invest some money that I managed to keep aside in my savings after spending around 12k (3 yr savings) in buying all the necessities for a recent move + Medical Bills, overseas flight tickets, etc.
What is a good business that I can invest in? Or at least, how to pick the right business to put the money in to?
