Hey Reddit,
I was rear ended at a red light on May 12th, 2017 as the DD for the night, and was rear ended by a woman in her car, and ended up calling the police and getting her information after she did not end up pulling over like I asked her to. I got her information and called her insurance company to file a claim through them, and they looked at my car, and now a few days ago her insurance claims that she does not recall being in an accident and the police officer that I talked to did not write the report (Which is odd, since she hit and ran), but I do have the photos from his tablet that give me her information from the CAD and the LEDS. Is this enough proof to give to their insurance or do I need to get more information about the case? There's relatively minor damage (scratches), but I'm more peeved at the way she didn't pull over and is now not claiming that it happened, when she is at fault here.
