My old pillow finally gave up and I'm looking for a new one. I have bought and tried a few pillows that looked like "the best of the best" but they we're fuckin horrible, german 100% down premium pillows just didn't do it for me. My old pillow had some kind of down in it, I do not know which kind and I'm not an expert, it was soft and supportive at the same time, after a night of sleep the pillow would need to be made big again ( I don't know the terminology for taking the pillow by its sides and doing the thing to make it big again), otherwise it would be flat on one side and basically empty but once made big again the pillow would be supportive (for side sleep) and extremely comfortable in the sense that it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and didn't feel the pillow under my head. I would like some advice, which filling should I go for, what percentage if it's a down and feather combination, absolutely no synthethic bullshit, and if possible a brand that can be bought in Europe, I am open to any suggestion even if not from europe. One other thing was the old pillow started to "leak" very small downs I guess, or feathers, very very small, the size of a laptop webcam or something along those lines (I'm out of comparisons lol). All advice appreciated.
edit: not sure if it makes any difference but the pillow was of the classic red pillow color with a few buttons on one side.
Cheers
