So im modding a pc case and needed to cut ventilation holes. I asked my father to do it since he's great with wood, but turnes out he's not too great with aluminum...http://ift.tt/2sdlaBA would like to just cut holes now in the metal, rebrush it, and then install grills like these over them. The aluminum is about 1/8-1/16" thick i would say. So far i am not too sure what I would use to cut a hole of the size I am looking for, I have a decent amount of tools at my disposal so I would just need to get saws, drill bits, whatever you guys recommend. Then for the brushing I read that 220 grit sandpaper using a guide to go in the same direction works well, followed by a scotchbrite pad? What would be my best plan of action?
