I am not sure where to start with this, so here goed...
I'm 45 and have recently lost 55 lbs (with another 20 to go) and for the past several months I'm starting to feel like I need a change. I don't know if it's because I've lost weight or what, but every time I look in the mirror I feel. .. too girly? Too ocerdressed, old-fashioned, too prissy? I can't quite put my finger on a. I try not to overdres buy for somehow it ha ajyway. Either I've got a flower in my hair that seemed like a wonderful idea at the time but now looks frumpy and childish, or I've got too much sparkly stuff on, or I realize I'm wearing every conceivable shade of pastel color imaginable. .. it's almost as if a small child ghost took over my body and dressed me that morning and I'm finally waking up and realizing what happened.
I can't afford to revamp my entire wardrobe, and I don't want to give up on girly/sparkly completely. My question is, what are some inexpensive, sexy ways to "unsweeten" my look? If it helps, I'm 5'11" with an hourglass figure. Thanks!
