Has anybody every invested in a Las Vegas Condo Hotel? I have a small short term rentals business in Los Angeles and want to expand to Las Vegas because of the recent trends and new sports teams inbound. Been doing a lot of research into short term rental options on the strip and I am excited to get something out there.
For anybody that has done this before, couple of questions -
1) do you manage the property yourself? or join one of the hotel programs to have them manage the scheduling/turnovers/cleaning/etc? Which way makes more sense?
2) Do you recommend this as a passive income strategy?
