Hey Reddit! I'd love some help, I'm in a sticky situation especially with my goals and how much knowledge about money that I don't know. I just recently turned 18 and left a bad situation with my family, all I have right now is my Medicare card, I got a birth certificate request going right now, and I'm a client for this program who helps youth that leave homes early, I pay monthly rent 400$ and I have a job which I usually make around 1k or more estimated a month, I don't have a vehicle, I bike to and from work (10 min bike) so no worries bout gas right now, I dropped out of school at 8th grade(family problems, life in general). This program is helping me get my GED(they're paying for it), now what I need help with is how to adult with money and do budgeting. I don't know what career I want to pursue right now. I want to move from Alaska to Utah and I'm going to so I can get to my girlfriend, she can't get up here tho, so it's a sticky situation, I want to get a job there and move out of Alaska now that I'm 18. Any advice would be appreciated. Pm's are welcome.
