I have my own insurance through ACA and ambulances are 100% covered. However they are saying that the ambulance was out of network, even though the hospital I went to was in network. I don't understand how that works when you call 911 then just send an ambulance. Was I supposed question the 911 operator about if they were in network? Based on how they work, shouldn't al ambulances be in network? What can I do to fight this?
