So I got in a fender bender in a leased car. My gf has health issues and was feeling sick, so I pulled over to the side of the road and while parked on the side I got hit and my car was scratched. The other driver said she was busy and it was my fault and drove off. I have her listened plate and everything. What should I do? And what are the implications with insurance and the leaser fees and what not?
