So basically after a break up I now need move out of my ex boyfriends and i's apartment, and I figured I would take the opportunity to move closer to school. I make $500 a week consistently and the place I am looking to rent near to my school is $750 including all utilities, the only actual bills I need to pay after that is car insurance which is $100 a month, food and textbooks. I know how people say its best to divide 40 to your annual salary and their would be what I can afford, which in my case comes out to $640 but this idea does include me paying utilities , which in this house listing is included in the rent. Will I be able to afford this place?
