What to look for in a quality Chinese smartphone

When it comes to buying a Chinese smartphone many people enjoy the luxury of having high quality features without having to worry about the hefty price tag that many North American smartphone manufacturers offer. While there are plenty of great Chinese smartphone manufacturers out there not all of them offer quality products that actually work. It is always important for you to review all of the information online regarding the company the makes the phone you choose to buy before purchasing to make sure they are legit. One of the main things that happens when buying Chinese smartphones is that although the phone will have a list of certain features once you get the phone those features don’t actually work. Another thing you should pay attention to when buying Chinese smartphones is that of build quality. While the website may have a list of superior build quality features not all phones actually come like that so it is always good to look at some videos and other online resources in order to actually see the reviews posted about these devices in order to make sure the build quality is up to par.

How to spot a fake Chinese smartphone

Spotting a fake Chinese smartphone is quite easy as long as you know what to look for. One common thing you will encounter when buying Chinese smartphones that are not authentic is poor camera quality. If you look at the specs on a phone that you are interested in buying and the camera megapixels seem unusually high the odds are the phone is fake. One thing that happens is that Chinese smartphones will use the software in order to process low quality into a form of fake high-quality images so make sure that you are buying a phone with actual high megapixels. Another thing to look for when buying Chinese smartphones is the chipset that it runs on. Many Chinese smartphone manufacturers use Mediatek chipsets as they are cheaper than the Qualcomm and Exynos ones used in North American smartphones. While some of these chipsets are quite good some of them underperform when compared to their QUALCOMM and Exynos counterparts so it is always good to check and make sure that the one inside of the phone you are buying is a quality chipset.

Once you pick the model you want to purchase you should use a price comparison service to find the lowest one. I personally use FindPare.
