I'm buying some chairs from the local arena/Civic center however they were mounted directly to the stadium style floor so they have no legs. I wanted to make some cost effective legs preferably by harvesting some from another chair style. I have a welder but I am no metal fabricator so the welding should be beginner level stuff.
