Hello everyone.

I am currently working in New York city for a construction company for a hired rate of 30/hr. Today was my third paycheck and it still shows 25/hr on it. I have talked to my boss about this after the second paycheck(which I only discovered the issue after I received the second paycheck because I was not on the online system yet) and he said(in email) that it will get fixed on the next pay period. Well guess what, my third paycheck still shows 25/hr. I am sick of this, I want to file with the department of labour for the wage difference.

The LS223 says do not use this form if you earn more than 900/week and you are a proffesional employee. What should I do?

This is more information about me: The job title is called "Entry Level Structural Engineer" and the pay rate is $30 per hour (that's what the official job offer says). Is there anyone who can help me on which form to apply for? Thanks.
