I have the misfortune of living in an area where the only ISP in the region is Comcast.
My promotional rate is $45 for 25mbps. The price will go up to $70 after the promotion.
I know the strategy of calling to cancel and move to a competitor. The only competitor is a DSL provider that offers 2mbps.
Anyone ever successfully negotiate back to promotional pricing?
