Every morning my neighbors directly nextdoor (I live upstairs and they are next to me) scream and run on the stairs when they get ready to get their kids to school or wherever they're going and it always wakes me up as it's about 10-15 minutes of screaming "WAKE UP" and THUMP THUMP THUMP as their kids are running up and down stairs. I'm mostly bothered by the high pitch screams of the kids and the yells of the adults. The walls and floors and ceilings of my apartment are pretty good at not letting sound in but the windows are basically there for show when it comes to sound. What can I do to put on the windows so that sound stops coming into them for cheap?
