So we recently bought a house (yay) but it needs a lot of work. The job that we don't know how to do and are stumped on.. Removing the awful paint job on the fireplace that the previous owners did. There's actually two of them like this, one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor.This is the Fireplace nowI suspect that there's red brick under all of that due to what is outside on the chimney.
