I recently had one of their USB cables fail on me prematurely (a few days of using it) and I contacted CS. They are sending me out a new cable. I've ordered from them in the past a lot for work and never had a cable fail (people are much more likely to lose cables than break them IMO.) So this was the first cable I ever had to contact them about.
Sure it's only a $1 cable, but it's nice to know the company stands behind it!
Has anyone else used it to replace other cables? I don't know that I'd replace one after a year or two of daily use or anything like that but it's good to know it's there.
